Our unique approach, which we term RestoManufacturing, involves a meticulous combination of restoration, assembly, and custom manufacturing. Starting with a “donor” FJ40, FJ43, or FJ45, approximately 40% of the original steel body panels are retained, while 60% are newly fabricated using galvanized steel*. The original chassis undergoes modification, reinforcement, and “hot dip” galvanization, and is paired with a new engine, transmission, steering, and suspension system. We meticulously source components from Toyota and global suppliers, supplementing these with in-house manufactured parts.
